History of True Light, Inc. True Light Incorporated was established in 2001. Since then True Light has had great success in providing quality home care to elderly and disabled people of all ages. True Light services include personal care through both in-home and the consumer direct services (CDS), home chores, advance personal care, nurse visits, transportation (through the CDS program), and home care for all mental ill individuals who qualify through the Department of Mental Health.
